1. Quantity Surveyor

Work Location: Macau (One open position)

Responsibilities:

Assist the project team in providing quantity surveying services include site measurement, budgeting, tendering, cost control, variation claim and settlement of final account upon project completion

Requirements:

Be able to work independently in handling:

Project tendering

Co-ordination with different trades of contractor and supplier

Back up for budget control

Negotiation with client for variation order and relevant administration

With building interior contracting experience is preferable

Minimum 5 years relevant experience for Quantity Surveyor of which 3 years experience in contractor side

Good command of computer literacy, especially in MS Office, Project;

Excellent command of written and spoken English

2. Project Manager

Work Location: Macau (Two open position)

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with entire project process including pre-tender, cost estimation, construction details, final account presentation, project close out procedure and documentation
• Monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and local statutory requirement
• Manage all project activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner, within the time frame and meet the quality standards
• Control and supervise overall site activities, progress and liaise with client’s representatives and subcontractors
• Compile weekly progress reports for projects and attend weekly meetings with clients and consultants

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in building studies / architecture
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in fitting out projects of offices, retail, hospitality, institutions, and residential
• At least 3 years experience in managerial level
• Strong technical knowledge and solid site support experience on project planning, execution, development and close out
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents
• Hands-on with strong leadership skills and able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and high standard of quality of works
• Good communication and sound customer service skills
• Good command of computer literacy, especially in MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience shall be considered as Assistant Project Manager
