AB Builders Group originated as a well-established local construction contractor in Macau. Founded in 1998, the company originally specialized in structural engineering—including substructure and superstructure works such as foundation, basement, piling, pile cap, and high-rise building construction—as well as fit-out works. According to the Frost & Sullivan Report, in 2017, the Group held approximately 2.1% of the overall fit-out market share in Macau and ranked fourth in the commercial fit-out market (by revenue in Macau). The Group's client base includes, but is not limited to, owners of hotels and casinos, property developers, the Macau government, and main contractors of construction projects. Over the years, the Group has completed numerous landmark construction projects in Macau, encompassing hotels, casinos, department stores, residential properties, and commercial buildings.

To propel its further expansion, the company was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2018 under the name AB Builders Group Limited (Stock Code: 01615.HK). With construction engineering and high-standard fit-out works as its core focus, the Group's portfolio spans iconic landmarks such as commercial buildings, hotels, and entertainment complexes.
